Why can’t they use any open source LLM model and customise and create their own internal LLM usage model and build the functionalities they need for their business
I’m sure entities like Accenture should be able to do this
Accenture restricts Claude usage to $29 per month per employee.
Some employees were using $500 to $1000 Claude tokens per month.
So employees will have to work old fashioned way now.

What to say now..
The problem is that the #GenZ were young kids during the UPA government and through the Telecom, Coal and other scams.
They do not know about Mister 20% who wanted 20% commison on all infrastructure projects or the way the banking industry was destroyed via directed lending and huge NPAs
Essentially the entire country was on sale and on the verge of bankruptcy by 2014.
Everyone learns their own lessons.
There is fundamental difference between IT services, software services, technology
Indian IT services firms are essentially system integrators and deployers of technology in enterprises
They helped global enterprises to:
Manage the Y2K problem
Run their mainframes
Implement ERP
Digitalise
Migrate to Cloud
Question is will they now help enterprises deploy AI at scale?
Past history suggests they should be
Will they do it in the same linear workforce model
Guess would be that AI should enable them to finally become non-linear and it is showing in their workforce hiring numbers.
It saved rural India during demonetisation and then again in a major way during COVID.
Peak covid had 6cr NREGA beneficiaries..

which is what it was aimed for.
If we indeed grow at 8-10% on a sustained basis then we can think of other options unitl then NREGA and other direct cash transfers is what keeps India socially stable
