I can assure you, not a single Sanatani would suddenly start supporting the Marans just because they married into one "Brahmin" family. Its 3rd gen of such a marriage.
Not everyone is unprincipled & shameless like Oopies. Kothus think that entire world also behaves like kothus.

FRANCE 🇫🇷 : A heartbreaking scene😢.
A business owner desperately pleads with looters and vandals to leave her shop alone.
Her livelihood is being destroyed before her eyes.
No business owner should have to endure this.

Unbelievable scenes of France burning across cities as students, workers & other groups riot against cost of living and more. Mass looting and arson in different cities including Paris, Marseilles, Lyon.

RW must cultivate a proselytization mindset. It is not enough that we keep sharing our POV within our own echo chambers. There is an entire gamut of young folks who hate RW without even knowing why. It is such podcasts involving actors that'll even take our message to the neutral/confused left.
A clear sense of the podcast's success can be seen by the amount of outrage from the left. They are extremely bitter when something other than their own POV gets visibility in the mainstream. Well done @jsaideepak avl and @annamalai_k avl.

It’s a lazy Friday evening. You scroll Twitter or IMDB for a movie recommendation, find something well-rated, and hit play on an OTT.
30 minutes in, the film mocks your Dharma, slanders your family values, Marxist vi0lence is subtly justified and psycho villain chants Sanskrit shlokas before keeling innocents. You did NOT sign up for this. You just wanted to see a film, but got a leftist lecture instead.
Anbe Sivam is a genuinely great emotional film, but will you catch what your young child’s communist takeaway is going to be?
You and your family will watch Soorarai Pottru and come back thinking Air Deccan was started by a EVR-ist socialist named Nedumaaran, not Gopinath.
You cried your heart out for Chakk De India's Kabir Khan, when in reality, its based on Mir Ranjan Negi. You watch entire period films on Nangeli believing her to be a historic figure, when in reality, she is a fictional character. You watch a friendly feminizt film about a girl chasing her dreams to be a chef - and voila, the Iyengar girl suddenly changes into a burkha to offer Dua before cooking Biryani for it to come out tasting well.
You did not sign up for any of this. But you had no way to know it beforehand because no mainstream reviewer will tell you these things. You have been pressing play without knowing what you are walking into. You also have no place to look up neutral films which don't have any agenda.
Enter CultureCheck(dot)in - A Bharatiya lens on Indian cinema. This is the Dharmic Movie Database you've been missing.
CultureCheck is not a boycott list. It is an evidence-based evaluation of the subtle and brazen agendas baked into the films you are already watching. Think of it as the nutrition label of Indian cinema: the site spells out the ingredients. You decide what you consume.
You are free to watch anything. CultureCheck simply gives you the right to know what’s in it before you do. OfC the site has its preferred list of ingredients, so the verdict is based on Bharatiya cultural lens. And if you disagree with a verdict on the site, your POV is welcome, if it has merit, the reviews will be updated to reflect it.
PS: Site is still in nascent stages, any and all feedback is welcome. Contributors who can write reviews/decode films/ share recommendations are welcome too.
PPS: Please, please spread the word. We have been complaining about propaganda in cinema for decades, this is an initiative to stop complaining and do something about it. Please repost and share it with your friends and family.

Mr. Musk, yes, no billionaire should dictate a nation’s policy - Indian or American.
India must welcome competition in satellite internet, from Indian and global providers, whoever offers the most practical and affordable last-mile solution for those in remote regions. In countries with lower per-capita incomes, satellite internet must be affordable too. High subscription fees and equipment costs risk putting it beyond the reach of ordinary households. Connectivity must bridge the digital divide, not create a new one.
India knows our networks and spectrum are strategic infrastructure, not merely commercial assets. India’s national security safeguards are non-negotiable.
Every country makes choices based on its own interests. Those in the West cannot preach free markets while practicing protectionism at home. USA imposed 100% tariffs on Chinese EVs to protect its domestic industry, just as India takes measures to protect its own domestic manufacturers. Both India and the US have restricted Huawei over security concerns. One cannot demand a level playing field from others only when it suits its own agenda.
Indians will internally debate, question and address our strengths and shortcomings as a democratic country.
Take BharatNet, India’s programme to bring broadband to village-level local bodies. We will question why, as the CAG’s 2026 audit report found, the programme is struggling to meet its original objectives. Why were only 33.2% of service-ready Gram Panchayats operational, despite ₹39,888 crore being spent? At the same time, we know to appreciate our telecom sector and regulations, which has made internet data among the world’s most affordable, bringing millions online.
India is a democracy, not a colony. We welcome the world, but we, the Indian people, will decide our own future - not Western vested interests, their double standards or any billionaire - Indian or American.

TIL of a wonderful site culturecheck(dot)in that rates Indian films based on their alignment with Bharatiya values. It properly marks Sardar 2 as contested - due to its villainic usage of Sanskrit shlokas. Much needed site to call out propaganda in films with data. Kudos to whoever built this site 👏
Sardar 2 - what a brilliant first half followed by a disastrous second half. Force fitting the antibiotic resistance "message" angle was its downfall. Villain SJS had absolutely no business explaining this message as if he were a savior if he simply wanted to extract revenge from the world.
Anyways, EVR-ist Mithran and Dstock writers Rathna Kumar and Ashameera have deliberately named this psycho keeller Yogi and made him chant Sanskrit shlokas before keeling innocent public. Meanwhile a peaceful agent leaves an irrelevant clue from the one book just to tick their puluthivity checkbox.
Be it rom-com or spy thriller, ideology comes uninvited to any genre from Dravidawood. Now that the film has spectacularly bombed at the BO, Mithran will have a lotta spare time to attend more of Subavee's book launches🫡

Dear Mr Javed Akhtar. Alhamdulillah. The quote is from Maulana Azad's Calcutta Speech. The speech was published in Khutbat-e-Azad. Here is the link: ia800604.us.archive.org/35/i…
The Maulana is exhorting the Indian Muslims to unite with Muslims around the world and save the Caliphate. He begins by stating that all relationships in the world can break down, father can turn against son, brother against brother, mother can shun her child but the relationship of a Muslim with a Muslim can never be severed.
The Maulana then continues: if even a grain of the soul of Islam is still alive in its followers, then if a thorn enters the foot of a Turk on the field of battle, I swear by Allah that no Muslim of Hindustan is a Muslim until he feels that prick in his own heart. For the Millat of Islam is one body, and Muslims, wherever they are, are its limbs. If a finger of the hand is cut, the rest of the body cannot remain at peace until it has felt the blow. This is not rhetoric. It is the plain meaning of the well-known hadith which Imam Ahmad related: the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said that the likeness of the believers in their mutual love, mercy and compassion is that of one body: when one limb complains, the whole body responds with sleeplessness and fever. And there is the other hadith, related by Abu Musa al-Ash‘ari: The believer to the believer is like a building; each part supports the other. This is the first and last distinguishing mark of the people of Islam, to which the Qur’an itself has pointed.
Then, to reinforce Muslim unity, Maulana Azad provides his commentary after quoting the Quranic verse 48: 29.
The Messenger of Allah and those with him are severe against the Kafirs, merciful among themselves.
Whatever hardness they have is for falsehood and unbelief; whatever love and tenderness they have is for truth, sincerity, Islam and Tawhid. So be extremely hard against disbelievers but extremely sympathetic and kind among ourselves; take heed, then, and do not pass over this as if you had not heard it.
P.S. This is the second time I am enlightening you on your heroes and their lifelong sociopolitical stances. The first time was when you refused to believe that books were banned, editors sacked, films blocked, and Majrooh jailed, under Nehru's rule. Please don't ask me about Gandhi next - the Mahatma, not Rahul, though both are probably your heroes. Cheers, WDTP
Dear Mr Anand Ranganathan . Recently In one of your reels you have read a paragraph and attributed it to Maulana Azad . I honestly found it quite unlike his life long sociopolitical stances . Could you please tell me the source of your information , is it a part of any of his article or speech . please let me know the when and where of it . I” ll be really thankful . Warmly , Javed
