Don't like the new Firefox Nova UI? Here's how to disable it
Firefox v157 now ships the Nova redesign as the default look. Mixed reactions during testing did not stop Mozilla from making it the default UI.
For now, you can still technically turn it off.
Just open a tab, type about:config, accept the warning, and then search for Nova. After this, set "browser.nova.enabled" from true to false.
The old interface will now come back. Immediately.
If you want to give Nova another try or want to see how it looks, just flip the same toggle once again and it'll instantly change the design.
These "Preferences" are basically experimental flags and they may not last forever. If Mozilla decides to, they can also remove the flag for the old theme code in a future update. Once that's done, there will be no official way to bring back the older design.

I’m still here everyone. Not gonna lie I was about to do it but fortunately I had someone talk me out of it. I guess god had other plans for me. I’ve been dealing with depression for a long time this isn’t anything new to me. But this depression I’m currently going through is the worst it’s ever been by a long shot.
