how do you say you don't want to interact with your customers without saying you don't want to interact with you customers. You act like @GEICO @GEICO_Service team and leave them on hold for two hours and counting!!!
@GEICO why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person. Every issue cannot be handled through your mobile app or with a virtual chat box. How do I speak to a live agent?
@GEICO_Service this is poor customer service. I've been waiting on hold for almost half an hour.
