"This is where Giemsa may faulter" - Thyroid FNA, with colloid in image #1? NO. You can appreciate all the "Halloween Orange" in image #2. Primary Squamous Cell Carcinoma (rare). Dr. Yener Erozan at Hopkins coined the term "Halloween Orange", so timely as it's just a month away.
