Everything she believed. That they were French like her, fighting for the same cause. That the ones who warned her were full of hate. That she would be safe.
It all falls apart in this moment. She is terrified of what comes next. In her heart she knows.
Only remigration can save her.
“Why are you doing this? Stop it! That’s not what we stand for!”

Cause and consequence, face to face.
I can’t help but feel heartbroken to helplessly watch my country being torn apart.

In 1945, a Coast Guard plane took off from San Diego to rescue a Navy pilot downed at sea. The crew completed the rescue and returned to base, only to discover three unexpected passengers: a cat named Salty and her two kittens.
The cats had stowed away without anyone noticing and spent the whole mission hiding aboard the plane.

Una alegoría de Occidente.
