To any MSP considering @datto-DONT. Charged me for implementing RMM and PSA, took their advice on budget. RMM used up most time with little to no consideration of PSA. Then came back and said PSA would cost thousands to implement. Reverted to existing PSA.
Now they are holding us to last few months in contract. Already signed to @ConnectWise, wish I had done from the start. I will do my best to ensure I save as many souls as possible from using this firm.
It's truly uplifting to see the difference a little makes in other parts of the world.
Since supporting Godfreys Kitchen in 2021 we have seen a dramatic change in this young child's overall welfare along with his siblings.

What James Bingham doesn't know about working capital finance can be written on a pin head. Not only is he an expert in his field he's a really nice chap, so working with him is a win win. As they say, people buy people and we're very grateful to call him a client and friend.
I've known Luke for a while, mostly in passing but always felt a synergy. You know what I mean, when you meet someone infrequently at events and you just get that good feeling about them.
Gutted doesn't come close, he's one of those guys that's so likeable but at the same time you hate him as he has success and age on his side. Needless to say, if you want to know what your business is doing financially he's a good place to start.
Share the wins; a member of the team rings a bell and all in the building know something good has happened. That then sparks a moment of energetic buzz as everyone wants to know what's happened. It's simple but great!
