There are lots of nice easier puzzles that keep the flow going, but also plenty of stumpers - especially some of the optional challenge puzzles.
This challenge puzzle has such a simple layout but took me 20 minutes - the solution was sooo clever.

This puzzler is absolutely adorable. The mechanics are introduced gradually but doesn't feel like a slog. Great for introducing programming concepts as well. Challenging puzzles but not overly so and satisfying when you figure it out
