Finally sorted out a project that’s been in my head a while: a “Big Runs” medal hanger. The event needs to be at least 50 miles to get on this hanger so I’m quite proud it has so many medals already on it.

I really do worry people have forgotten what Covid-19 was like for NHS staff. I went onto ICU wards and saw it myself. I spoke to staff broken by relentless death.
