5. @mattcprecey Finally, if they were insolvent the council can obtain the building back which by now will need thousands to make it habitable again showing Chris’s complete disregard for send families. He told us wed find another provider but there simply isn’t anything suitable
4. @mattcprecey because without that, the tribunal award doesn’t mean anything as he’s got no Intention of paying anyone.
He lied to court and we have evidence of that.
3. @mattcprecey instead he and the other trustees have no intention of going into IVA & haven’t even appointed an IP firm. It would have been notified by now.
The staff are now fundraising to get the money to force them into insolvency so they can at least get some of the money
2. @mattcprecey Chris McCann came to our house and lied through his teeth about the process which we have fully on cctv. He slandered the staff and had no idea who he was talking to about the insolvency process.
If Parc was in IVA the staff would be entitled to government funds
1! Hi @mattcprecey great story on Parc Essex today. The fundamental point missing for me is that Chris McCann has been saying he will put Parc into IVA for over a year now & still hasn’t. If he had the tribunal wouldn’t even have been necessary. Hubby is an IP…..
