Can’t touch your toes yet? Don’t force the reach. Better idea: work on the positions that limit the fold, then gradually increase your range with control. Hamstring flexibility matters, but so do hip mobility, pelvic movement, and how well you can control the position. And there’s a deeper connection here. In yogic tradition, Shiva is regarded as Adiyogi — the first Yogi and Adi Guru — the first Guru. The tradition tells that he transmitted the science of yoga to the seven Saptarishis, who then carried that knowledge forward. The body is the starting point. Awareness is the deeper practice. 🕉️ Move patiently. Breathe. Build range. Don’t force what your body isn’t ready for.

@jhoothkigoonj why not cover such fake claims by folks like Vikas Divyakirti as well. Influencers and educators cannot spread misinformation.

That's not what she said. She gave an example of how things should scale. If population increases, then the same # of doctors can't cater to a 5X increase. Similarly with MPs in the parliament. Hence the proposal to increase the # of MPs across the board by 50%

Mentioning Indians and Pakistanis in a single statement is itself wrong. Indians pay taxes, grow the economy, don't rely on the state... Pakistanis, you already know. Indians are employed in high-tech and healthcare. There isn't enough local talent in both sectors.

Is it just me who is waiting every morning for Aditya's post on a member his team? To know about everyone behind the success of Dhurandhar? who feels that I'm a part of this journey, as I read these posts? We need a director's cut & a BTS with Aditya's commentary of each scene
