I grew up swimming with some swimmers who made the Australian team for major events like the Olympics and Commonwealth Games. I did not. So what was the difference between us? A brief thread 👇

Can Russia Take Down the American Men in the Olympic 400 Freestyle Relay?

Caeleb Dressel and the United States have dominated the 400 free relay for years, but Russia will be a major threat at the Tokyo Olympics.

Baylor Nelson Breaks Two 1A/2A Records as Carrboro Wins Team Titles

Nelson was 1:46.07 in the 200 IM and 48.15 in the 100 fly. Neither were bests, but he still set new 1A/2A records in both.
