Hundreds of 16+ walk away as 50k+ 18hr weeks don't work with studying for exams. Clubs set attendance minimums without taking this or what they compete into account. Which 18year old sprinter wants to swim distance with 13yr olds in squad 2 after being sidelined for attendance.

Have had this idea for a couple years now - you could create a sprinters only club team and get all the kids being ostracized by out of touch coaches like this one. Many customers do not want to do 4-8k a day. They just want to go fast - they just want to race.
