इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने हत्या के एक मामले में दोषी ठहराए गए और उम्रकैद की सज़ा पाए व्यक्ति की दोषसिद्धि और सज़ा पर रोक लगा दी है.
याचिकाकर्ता ने अदालत के समक्ष इच्छा ज़ाहिर की थी कि वह आगामी उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के रूप में या यदि संभव हो तो भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) के टिकट पर लड़ना चाहता है.
मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में महत्वपूर्ण टिप्पणी की और कहा कि एक आम नागरिक के जीवन-यापन का अधिकार किसी राजनेता के चुनाव लड़ने के अधिकार से कम महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है.
अदालत ने कहा कि जब तक अपील पर अंतिम फैसला नहीं आ जाता, तब तक के लिए सज़ा और दोषसिद्धि पर रोक लगाई जाती है ताकि याचिकाकर्ता अपने जीवनयापन के अधिकार को बनाए रख सके.

Imam Mohammed Harun of the Race Course Mosque in Delhi has alleged that authorities plan to demolish the historic mosque located near the Prime Minister’s residence. According to the imam, officials have directed him to vacate the land within six days. He also said the mosque’s electricity and water connections have been disconnected. Harun further alleged that the Waqf Board has not provided any assistance amid the threat of demolition.

Trending Story: Saudi Arabia has exe/cuted two Bangladeshi nationals, Nazrul Islam Abdul Basir and Siri Akhtar, following conviction of immoral sexual act inside a mosque in Mecca.
The “immoral act” was apparently a kiss on the forehead. They were newlyweds who decided to spend their honeymoon in Mecca.
According to reports in Bangladesh, Saudi authorities refused to consider they were a couple, and the forehead kiss was an expression of appreciation to Allah for a beautiful bride.
Their bodies have arrived in Bangladesh in two coffins for traditional burial rites.

#1: The reports that they were married are false.
#2: The reports that they were performing holy piligrimmage in the mosque of mecca is also false
#3: In fact these two were caught having sex in the Mecca Grand Mosque (Holiest place on earth for Muslims) 39 months ago; that is 3 years and 3 months ago, and the Bangladesh consulate in Saudi Arabia was informed about their arrest.
#4: For that period of 39 months, they underwent all the Shariah court arraignment accused of committing "indecent acts in the holy mosque of mecca" which is real live sexual intercourse; they were found live committing it and were grabbed and tried in the Shariah courts in Saudi Arabia, a case that took a period of 39 months in total until the final judgement which found both of them GUILTY and convicted them to DEATH sentence.
#5: On 14th October 2026, that is when the death penalty was administered to both of them, and they were #beheaded as per the Saudi Arabia Shariah Justice.
#6: You do not go to other countries and start committing crimes which are punishable by death sentence and start claiming #HUMAN_RIGHTS hoping to be pardoned or repatriated alive. Same thing goes to #CHINA, you get caught with drugs, they will hang you to #DEATH regardless of who you are, periodt.
