One of my favorite pics of election night was with retired Chancery Judge Dorothy Colom. Judge Colom is not only the mother to @scott_colom and @andrewcolom, she was her district’s first African American Chancery Judge. Now, her son is headed to the U. S. Senate.

Why wait?
Was just told from an insider that Cindy Hyde-Smith could concede to @scott_colom as early as Tuesday.
I’m not stating this as fact, but it’s from a respected Republican source so I’m sharing.

Early on in his campaign, @scott_colom wanted to tell stories about people in Mississippi, especially farmers like Michael.
This is one of my favorite ads we did — @RyanSayles_ shot it on the ground and with no real budget for a crew, we had @Gerard_Hen holding the boom mic.

Another gem
Stories like Michael’s are becoming far too common for our farmers. Mississippi farmers are hurting, and we need a Senator who will stand up for them and demand more. Mississippi Farmers Matters!

She did this in ONE take.
Most of America never saw these ads, but if you were in Mississippi... you couldn't wait for a new @scott_colom ad to drop. His wife, Nadia, was a 🗝 figure in showing support, partnership, and bringing your attention to his campaign in the earlier days.💙

Let's step away from this. Mississippi has one of the richest literary traditions in America

Love to have you visit. @scott_colom is the real deal. Great rep, or should I say SENATOR, for The Magnolia State.
I truly believe if the dems had given Scott Colom's ship of pirates freedom and funds, we could've gotten Louisiana, Florida, and Arkansas across the finish line. That's just the Senate. Alas...

While we Mississippians are helping y’all pronounce things. @scott_colom’s last name is pronounced CA-LOMÉ. Think “cologne” if it had an “m” rather than an “n” in it. Please stop with “column” stuff. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 😊

Visiting Mississippi is now at the very top of my bucket list and it’s entirely because of Scott Colom. His passion, integrity, and commitment to his community made me genuinely curious about a place I had never seriously considered visiting before.
I had a great time stopping by two Jackson staples: Offbeat, a cool local record shop, and Marshall’s Music & Bookstore, the oldest Black-owned bookstore in the country. Of course I left with a new record for my wife and picked up a book for my daughters.
Small businesses are a source of pride in our communities and a big part of what makes Mississippi special. In the U.S. Senate, I’ll work to make sure our entrepreneurs and small business owners have the support and resources they need to keep our local economies thriving.
