Revoking Section 230 would ensure Musk would not allow you to pay him for a blue checkmark, on a FREE website to post your lame opinions. Musk will not allow you to pay him while he can be sued for every word you type

Let's see here 1A rights get violated privacy gets destroyed digital ID system building blocks gets put in place creeps and awful people don't get arrested and put in jail Then there's the fact this bill actually doesn't really help parents KIDS act is awful
As a mom, I know what parents are up against online. I helped pass the KIDS Act to turn safety settings on by default, ban targeted ads aimed at kids, add new safeguards against online predators, and give parents real tools to protect their kids online. No parent should have to take on Big Tech alone.

We can hold Meta responsible for the products it designs, give parents effective voluntary tools and protect family privacy at the same time. Parents are the firewall. Not the state and not Big Tech. Join the Protecting Kids Online coalition: protectingkids.online/

I did not need this to protect my kids. I already did it without the law. What was stopping other parents?

Guys, look at the list of "concerned parents" groups calling on "social media safeguards for children". Heritage Foundation, Center for Christian Virtues, Moms for Liberty, Federation of Republican Women, etc etc. Do you think these people care about protecting kids?

Jack Doherty is no longer allowed to post on social media after signing a contract with a gambling website without reading it, which stated that he couldn’t post on social media. The company’s CEO responded, saying, “Money well spent to get this mf off the internet.”

If you're against flock cameras. You should be against age verification. You can't support one and be against the other. It's hypocritical

xitter.cf/SayreEvan/status/21078… click on the link bc I'm blocked Age verification just places everyone's privacy at risk. It threatens free speech, Better option is teach kids about online safety and teach parents about parental controls. Have better government standards on the controls

My piece was right there on the finalists cover. Then they quietly yeeted it after the list dropped. Official excuse? "Old NSFW reports." I followed y'all's own rules didn't post from an NSFW account. Apparently that still wasn't enough. #SkullgirlsArtContest2026 (1/7)

this is so fucking stupid. Skullgirls, a small fighting game banned an artist because this artist drew NSFW arts of their characters even though they allowed ZONE TAN to be Squigly as a reference. What the fuck is the point of being in a contest.

Skullgirls is one of those IPs that genuinely can’t be "sanitized" because it was completely designed from the grounds up with sex appeal in mind by an artist whose style is synonymous of sex appeal. Feels completely insane that it seriously has hyper prude devs and "modern audience" now…?

We should all collectively just spam the devs with sexy fanart at this rate

Last week Rand Paul blocked KOSA by objecting to a unanimous-consent request from Blackburn and Blumenthal. This was enough to stop the fast track, but the bill is not dead. What happens next: 🔸Senate is in pro forma sessions until it returns for real business, expected around November 9 🔸Any remaining path for KOSA needs a scheduled floor vote, cloture at 60, debate, then a deal with the House 🔸If it does not clear both chambers before January 3, 2027, this Congress ends and the bill dies Blumenthal has already said he wants a floor vote when they return. And Ted Cruz pledged in May that KOSA would become law this year. But Thune will decide if the bill gets scheduled for a floor vote. House KOSA (KIDS Act) passed in June, but doesn't include the "duty of care" the Senate KOSA has. Blackburn and Blumenthal have said the House version is DOA in the Senate. "Duty of care" is the censorship and surveillance mechanism. It will require age verification and content censorship - neither of which protect children online. 1/2

Don't be like this guy. Undermining a fellow content creator's success is loser behavior Anyone who puts others down for no reason is just projecting their own insecurities
Okay cool so he has 8300 total videos BUT ONLY 268k subscribers... There's no way he should be where he is at, that is god awful returns. Id say at this point he still hasn't quite figured out how to make good videos which is evident by the moment I clicked onto a vid and was met with a pre roll ad, 2013 3d intro, and then nothing interesting being said for another 15-20 seconds. Break the streak and actually reevaluate the vid quality
