Wisdom from @SteeleThoughts ๐Ÿ‘‡
โ€œSome would say administrators should visit classrooms, because that is how they can provide โ€˜Instructional Leadership.โ€™ That may be true. But I think they should be in classrooms, so they always remember how challenging the work of teaching is.โ€ โ€”Danny Steele, Principal

Leadership is hard. Nobody said it would be easy. ๐Ÿ”บWhen people talk about you, keep leading. ๐Ÿ”นWhen people compliment you, keep leading. ๐Ÿ”บWhen your hard work goes unnoticed, keep leading. Why? Because we are in the kid business. Kids are the reason schools exist. It isnโ€™t about you or me. Itโ€™s about kids. When things are good, bad or ugly, keep leading. When we keep showing up to lead, thatโ€™s when success will follow. Thatโ€™s when kidsโ€™ pathways will be redirected. And that is when we know we are changing the world. KEEP. LEADING.
