I 🩵 NC!
Crazy that North Carolina (9th most populous state) had more net domestic migration than any other state in 2025. Even more than much bigger states like Texas & Florida. Also, a huge failure of blue states to build enough homes as can be seen from the net domestic outflows from California, New York and Massachusetts. Why is North Carolina suddenly so popular? Friendly reminder to those who actually know their history or would like to know. Flag 1: NC flag from 1861-1865 Flag 2: NC flag from 1885-1991 (not pictured; it’s the same design as 3) Flag 3: NC flag from 1991-present (wider margins than the second flag) Hope this helps.

One of my favorite games to play as an adult is: Did I take Tylenol 30 minutes ago or did I just think about taking Tylenol 30 minutes ago...

What an absolutely sickening game. Such a horrible way to lose. So so sad. 😭

I was at that game in 2012 - a UNC fan. They had won earlier that day. The Lehigh crowd brought a bunch of Lehigh signs and gave them to the UNC fans who stayed. It was such a fun experience!

The station made a fun timelapse of yesterday's big snow using Bojangles boxes. No chicken or biscuits were harmed in the creation of this video.

After UNC’s win over Georgia Tech, @TheJetOnTNT introduced freshman Caleb Wilson to Charlie Scott. Scott was the first African-American student-athlete to receive a scholarship to UNC 👏

This is a great list. I’m thankful I was able to do some of these things with my dad during his last two years. I wish I’d taken more videos of him earlier. My sister said that she took videos of her kids but never thought about how she’d want them of our parents.
15 things to do with your father while he is still alive. I lost mine 8 years ago. 1. Ask him what he was like at your age because once he was the same age you are right now & Watch his face light up as he tells you stories from when he was younger 2. Record his laugh when he tells one of his signature jokes. Someday you will replay the video over and over just to hear it again 3. Ask him about the proudest moment of his life. (Odds are he will say when you were born) 4. Ask him his favourite songs Listen to them together, laugh, sing and be happy. These will become your most cherished memories in years to come 5. Take a picture of him doing something he loves. Watching tv, gardening, playing the guitar, anything. When you look back these will be the pictures that will make you smile the most 6. Tell him you love him even if it's something you don't normally do. 7. Tell him you are proud to be his son/daughter This will mean more to him than you realise (even if he doesn't show it) 8. Listen to music from his youth and watch him turn from dad into a young man again 9. Take a short video of him talking about something random sacred Someday even the ordinary things he said become 10. Bring up something you are thankful for from years ago 11. Ask him what it was like for him growing up 12. Call him for no reason Don't take being able to do this for granted. Someday you would give anything to hear his voice again. 13. Take a picture of just the 2 of you together 14. Ask him to show you an old photo of him because seeing him young will remind you that he wasn't always Dad 15. Tell him something you are struggling with, no matter what age you are Because even when your grown it means the world to him to feel like he can still help Let him give you advice, even if you don't need it because one day you will give anything to hear his voice guiding you again

Seems like an odd choice to pick Dickie V and Jay Williams to call UNC/KY. I’m thinking neither of our fan bases really care to hear this much about Duke.

Unbelievable.
That sinking feeling when you accidentally send a tariff letter addressed to the leader of a ruling military junta that the United States refuses to recognize or (otherwise) engage with. theguardian.com/world/2025/j…

Rightfully, the cuts to Medicaid (over 10M people will lose their health care) and the tax cuts for the rich have been the story of the disastrous Republican budget bill. But I read the whole thing. And there are some hidden rats in there you need to know about. 1/ A quick🧵
