If you have executed a peace bond, what legal justification permits you to disregard its conditions?
If Parliament has provided a statutory appellate remedy under Section 414 BNSS for specified security and surety orders, why bypass that remedy without establishing exceptional grounds?
And if the Government has designated alternative protest sites, why insist upon entering a restricted location rather than pursuing lawful remedies?
THE RIGHT TO PROTEST IS NOT THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHICH LAWS ONE WILL OBEY.
But the Constitution places an equally serious duty upon the State.
A PEACE BOND CANNOT BECOME A BOND OF POLITICAL SILENCE.
No administration may use preventive powers to punish citizens merely for expressing dissent. Every restriction must satisfy the law; every detention must withstand judicial scrutiny.
THE CONSTITUTION RECOGNISES NEITHER AN UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT NOR AN UNACCOUNTABLE PROTESTER.
Political passion cannot replace legal discipline. State authority cannot replace constitutional restraint.
THE RULE OF LAW IS NOT A WEAPON TO BE USED AGAINST ONE SIDE. IT IS THE STANDARD BY WHICH BOTH SIDES MUST BE JUDGED.

Why the fuck are Indians hated so much? What have they done to deserve this level of hatred?
Have Indians promoted terrorism? Have they colonized your countries? Enslaved your people? Stolen your homes? Taken away your families? Kidnapped your children? What exactly have millions of ordinary Indians done to deserve this much racism and hostility?
Is it because they're educated, intelligent, ambitious, hardworking, and competing for the same jobs as you? Since when did intelligence and ambition become crimes? Since when did working hard to build a better life become a reason to be hated?
If your problem is job displacement, then why aren't you directing the same anger toward artificial intelligence?
Why not question AI? Why not question ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Anthropic, OpenAI?
AI has the potential to displace far more jobs than Indian immigrants ever could. Yet somehow, the Indian engineer, the Indian student, the Indian doctor, and the Indian worker become your enemies.
Why? Because it's easier to target a human being with a different skin colour or accent than to confront the actual economic forces changing your world?
And understand one thing clearly.
If an Indian refuses to engage with your racism, if they ignore your insults, if they choose not to respond to your hatred, it doesn't mean they lack a spine.
It means your hatred isn't worth their time.
Indians don't owe you an apology for being educated, ambitious, hardworking, successful, or simply existing.
Being Indian is not a crime. Being successful is not a crime. And your insecurity is not a justification for racism.

1. People make emotional decisions

2. Never envy someone – Most people
see someone’s success and they start
thinking ‘why not me’. This thought
process is behind most mistakes that
people commit in the market.
3. There are no geniuses – Some people
may sound brilliant at a particular point. But the real wisdom one gains from the market is this: To be a successful investor, you have to control your urges. That is, you should not get sentimental in the market.
4. Analysts have a secure job – We always need someone to come up with an excuse for why it (an event) happened.
5. A bull phase is always followed by a
bear phase and a bear phase is followed by a bull phase – You should keep your
equanimity in the market.

जंतर-मंतर पर लगातार होने वाले हंगामे और प्रदर्शनों से किनको नुकसान हो रहा है? इस सवाल का एक दूसरा पहलू भी है.
सरकार ने जंतर-मंतर को प्रोटेस्ट site के रूप में डिनोटिफाई कर दिया है. इस फैसले से सैकड़ों परिवारों ने राहत की सांस ली है. ये वो परिवार हैं, जिनकी दुकानें जंतर-मंतर के आसपास के इलाकों में हैं, किसी का घर है, किसी का बिजनेस है.
इन लोगों का कहना है कि प्रोटेस्ट के नाम पर जंतर-मंतर पर होने वाले हंगामे से उनका काम-धंधा चौपट हो रहा था. जंतर-मंतर के आसपास रहने वालों और दुकान चलाने वालों की बात सुनकर तो साफ़ लगता है कि जंतर-मंतर पर प्रदर्शन से आम जनता को परेशानी होती है, व्यापारियों के काम का नुक़सान होता है.
लोकतंत्र में प्रदर्शन का अधिकार है, लेकिन अगर प्रदर्शन का मक़सद सिर्फ़ जगह घेरकर अराजकता फैलाकर सरकार को मजबूर करना हो, तो वह प्रदर्शन लोकतंत्र के दायरे में नहीं आ सकता. प्रदर्शन करने की जगह कहां हो, कैसी हो, इसका फ़ैसला कौन करेगा?
अगर ये प्रदर्शन करने वालों को तय करना है तो फिर उन्हें इस बात की ज़िम्मेदारी भी लेनी होगी कि सबकुछ शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से होगा, इलाक़े में रहने वालों और कारोबार करने वालों को कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी. अगर प्रदर्शन करने वालों का लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार है तो फिर जनता के मौलिक अधिकारों की रक्षा भी होनी चाहिए.
