Hey @GayaniFigma , I think in spirit, when I created MCP, I envisioned an open ecosystem. That to me feels core. Seeing restrictions like this is sad and I hope Figma can get to a point where it’s more open or at least make the process of getting into the allowlist very easy.
Make your own pretty tier lists for models and harnesses. Made it while experimenting with WebMCP and trying out new micro interactions. Source is on my git.

1/ Today we're announcing the stable Cua Driver release for Omarchy - a new foundation for computer use, built into the OS from the ground up.
Over the last month, we worked directly with @dhh, @SpencerGBull and @vaxryy to bring a native synthetic cursor to Omarchy's Hyprland compositor, enabling true multi-cursor computer use at the OS level.
Cua Driver is open source and available at github.com/trycua/cua

Please have your AI agents stop using similes and bathoses. They mask your lack of knowledge with something familiar to you which is an opportunity to learn that you lose. They are fine in a youtube video when a scientist is trying to explain to the general public what they just invented but it's absolutely annoying when you use an LLM as your pair.

I am getting hardly annoyed by any support teams, I am okay with waiting and giving explanations.
Last year, I paid $300(+VAT) for the yearly Google Developer Program that was discontinued at the beginning of the year.
Then they offered me a one year complimentary AI Pro subscription and I thought oh that's cool, they didn't continue it but I get Gemini + Storage in return which I'm okay to exchange with.
Only I CANNOT redeem because it asks me to pay for it when I click it. That must be an easily fixable mistake, right? RIGHT?
What followed has been 4(5? i dont even know) months of ping-ponging me between, time in which I paid it all out of my pocket so I can continue writing emails, use my storage etc. Brace yourselves.
TIMELINE OF THE INCIDENT (Feb 2026 – June 2026)
Phase 1: The First Runaround (GDP to Google One)
Jan 27, 2026: Received official email offering a complimentary 1-year trial of Google AI Pro
Feb 5, 2026: Opened Case **Ticket 1** with GDP Support because the link demanded payment.
Feb 6, 2026: Provided screenshots and video evidence of the full charge error as requested.
Feb 13, 2026: GDP Support stated they couldn't manually activate it because it uses Google One infrastructure, explicitly instructing me to contact Google One Support. Case closed.
Phase 2: The Google One Dead End (Google One back to GDP)
Feb 17, 2026: Contacted Google One Support (**Ticket 2**), re-submitted all videos/screenshots.
Feb 26–28, 2026: Google One’s "higher team" reviewed it and stated that because it's a Developer consolidation offer, I must go back to the Google Developer team.
Phase 3: The Escalation Black Hole (GDP Round 2)
Mar 3, 2026: Re-opened the issue with GDP Support (**Ticket 3**), attaching the full history.
Mar 10, 2026: GDP provided a new link. It failed. Sent new recordings and screenshots immediately.
Mar 25 – Apr 17, 2026: Followed up multiple times. GDP Support apologized, called the issue "unique," and stated it was escalated to an internal team.
Apr 30, 2026: Followed up again due to running out of storage. No resolution.
May 19, 2026: Forced to buy a retail Google AI Pro subscription out of pocket to avoid losing data access.
Phase 4: Groundhog Day (The Loop Restarts after 2 months with a ticket open)
May 21, 2026: GDP Support assigned a new agent who immediately tried to send me back to Google One Support, ignoring the previous 3 months of history. I replied expressing my severe frustration. ( Ticket 4 )
June 4, 2026: GDP Support asked me the exact same introductory question from February 6th regarding verification holds vs. full charges. I provided the screenshots yet again. ( Ticket 5 and 6)
AFTER I SENT THIS, I GET THIS AGAIN, GETTING SENT TO THE OTHER TEAM WHILE THAT EXACT TEAM IS IN THE EMAIL LOOP
Phase 5: Going back to Google One Support Team ( Case 8-8257000040497)
June 5, 2026: I am now exactly where I was on February 13th. GDP Support replied stating that because it's on the Google One platform, I must contact the Google One Support Team. ( **Ticket 7** )

June 22, 2026: Two support tickets(**Ticket 8**) later after one was not responded to, I send a new screenshot, a new screen recording (this time I was asked to put them on Google Drive)
June 23, 2026: Google One support replies:
