What is in an NFL playbook for these rookies?
@ESPNNFL
This is why we took a punter in 4th. Good teams know this draft is over
In the past 40 minutes, the #Eagles have added 2025 third-, fourth- and fifth-round picks … and this draft isn’t even close to over.

Colin Cowherd: “Last night Luka Doncic had the second most field goals contested (playoffs) without a make, in the past five years” 😳😳
Think of all of the defensive specialists in the NBA currently. None of them have had a defensive playoff performance like 77 just had.

I spoke with a former NFL GM, his career dates back 40+ years, I asked him who he believes the top 5 QB prospects are across that time.
He gave me his 5 and believes general consensus would mostly agree w him:
John Elway
Peyton Manning
Andrew Luck
Trevor Lawrence
Caleb Williams

Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving have now played 990 minutes together this season.
Offensive Rating : 122.81
Defensive Rating : 116.97
Net Rating : 5.84
Win/Loss 25-15 (with the easiest part of the schedule coming up)
They could finish with a top 6 seed despite being the ONLY Western Conference playoff team to have a LEBRON War missed over 6 (league average is 5.1)
For perspective that means that even with all the games Beal and Booker have missed the Mavs have missed more players that impact winning in relation to WAR.
There’s a direct correlation between health and seeding. OKC, Denver, and Minnesota have been 3 of the healthiest teams in the entire NBA.
This post confirms two things. The Luka and Kyrie combination does work. And Luka Doncic should be in the running for the MVP.
Annnnd this is why poles traded for bates. He’s consistently ahead of the market!!
The #Rams have agreed to terms with G Jonah Jackson on a three-year, $51 million deal with $34 million guaranteed, sources say.
A big payday for Jackson, who will join the recently re-signed Kevin Dotson as L.A. pours big money into the middle of their offensive line.

Remember when @TimHowardGK made the most saves ever in a #FIFAWorldCup game? 💭
At Brazil 2014 in @USMNT’s Round of 16 match against Belgium, Howard's goal faced an onslaught by The Red Devils from the get-go. 😬
But the Stars and Stripes keeper would perform heroics to keep his side in contention, going on to make an astonishing 16 saves! 🤯
Despite USA suffering an eventual 2-1 defeat in extra-time, after a goalless 90 minutes, Howard’s performance had everyone talking, it even sparked a #ThingsTimHowardCouldSave hashtag! 😅
He would also go on to earn the nickname ‘the Secretary of Defence’. 🇺🇸

Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving have shared the court on 1,399 possessions this season. On those possessions:
122.6 ORTG
113.7 DRTG
+8.9 Diff
For reference, the Celtics own the #1 ORTG at 121.8, the Pelicans own the #7 DRTG at 114, and a +8.9 differential would rank 2nd in the league, per cleaning the glass
When Luka and Kyrie are on the court together the Mavericks are the best offense in the NBA and a top 10 defense.
