I need to remember to check the status more frequently before I spend my ttc fare... after *daily* delays ever since winter weather hit, I can’t rely on the ttc to get me to work on time.
As someone who worked at @sportinglifecan for a few years, I’m disappointed at how quickly they preferred to refund my order instead of try to help me get my boots. I shouldn’t have had to chase them with voicemails and emails just to understand what the status of my order was.
