The next paper vying for the prestigious #FGCup is something a little different..."From O'Shaughnessy to opportunity: innovating Hepatology Trials in the UK":

This is a wonderful narrative on how and why clinical trials in Hepatology in the UK struggle to transfer conclusions to the real-world. A powerful piece which argues something we all know: we must involve the patients it affects. A collaboration between patients, Hepatologists, patient representatives and others, it describes what we really need to aspire to to ensure we are doing high quality and answering relevant questions. And thus @UK_CLIF was born!

We often hear of different analysis approaches to a trial - intention to treat (#ITT), per protocol (#PP), and other approaches like #AsTreated and #CACE analysis. So how do we work out what to use when? 1/9
