Something interesting I’ve noticed is that every single new temple seems to have a painting of the Savior in an arched frame directly behind the recommend desk.
This wasn’t common before, but it seems to be almost standard practice now.
It brings to mind the church’s new logo.

I don't cry easily, but as the dad of a teenage son with autism, ADHD & anxiety issues, watching Tim Walz's 17-year-old son(who has a non-verbal learning disorder, ADHD & anxiety disorder)standing up, crying & pointing to the stage telling everyone "that's my dad" just gutted me

I think the "in coming days" quote from Pres. Nelson has been shared in every single #GeneralConference since it was given in 2018. The Lord really wants us to take this seriously.

Isaiah 2:2-3
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”

Today, Kathy and I are departing to Brazil to prepare for the dedication of the Brasília Brazil Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am very thankful for this assignment from President Russell M. Nelson and the First Presidency to dedicate this special house of the Lord and we look forward to sharing more from Brasília.
