Excited to share our paper @Nature led by @Aloysiuslowyt in the Betley Lab. With Laura Holsen, @roscoebradyjr, and @markhalko, we found disrupted activity in the cerebellum of Prader-Willi syndrome subjects, a disorder characterized by insatiable appetite. nature.com/articles/s41586-0…

In this collaboration with Toh Hean Ch'ng @NTU_LKCMedicine, we identified molecular signatures and signaling pathways that may explain why Alzheimer’s disease pathology is largely absent in the cerebellum compared to other brain regions until late stages. doi.org/10.1186/s12974-023-0…
