brossura is an A3 format, bilingual journal published by A) GLIMPSE) OF).
Submissions open for the third issue of brossura. Send us your (unpublished, extravagant, radical) words (poems, essays) by June 15th. The theme of the issue is GAZA/ΓΑΖΑ.
Gaza was one of the most interconnected commercial hubs on the Silk Road. Some etymologists trace the name Gaza back to azaz, which means “strong” in Semitic languages; other accounts believe it derives from the Persian word ganj, which means “treasure”.
If you have a review, interview, or simply the germ of an idea for us please write [email protected]

Not sure how some people still call themselves poets & they haven’t spoken up about the genocide in Gaza.
Not a single word about the killing and kidnapping of other fellow writers and poets?

"I'm an academic," Refaat Alareer said on day 3 of Israel’s genocide. "The toughest thing I have at home is an Expo marker. But if the Israelis invade ... I'm going to use that marker to throw it at the Israeli soldiers, even if that is the last thing that I would be able to do."
The SYN/BIOSES Experimental Lit & Performance Festival will take place on November 25-26, 2023 in Athens
Syn/biosis is another word for symbiosis, a “misspelling” stressing the need to explore the co-existence in radical ways.
Is syn/biosis the last remaining utopia?
a potential to co-exist in harsh conditions without feeling exhausted all the time; the practice of care and nature’s open vocabulary.
