When heavy pressure overwhelms your mind, split huge pressure into single small tasks and finish them step by step, accumulated small completions will dissolve overwhelming anxiety completely slowly.

I've had some pretty sweet Mother's Day cards over the years but this one, including a 4 letter swear word, might just be my favorite ❤️. From my very self-aware 16 year old. 🙄🤣 #raisingateenageboy

Do you know this bunny? This well-loved fren got left behind in the frenzy at the Vancouver airport today. My daughter turned Bunny into the #YVR lost & found this evening, after her own flight was cancelled. She’s hoping for a happy ending. (I am too.) #yvrsnow #Vancouver

So glad our student teacher @MrAndersonPhyEd utilized “Line Your Manners” to kick off loop three of Connections & Cooperation unit.
We can’t expect students to truly notice others and show them they care without putting these skills into practice. Amazing lesson, Sam!
