We just launched the initial version of our app that allows you to identify mountains around you using AR. Check it out!

Some companies are positioning their coding agent as a human replacement. We think that's wrong.
In our view—and actual experience—agents are far more useful for automating away the soul-sucking toil that takes up 99% of your time as a developer, enabling you to focus on the fun parts of creating software and improving the lives of your users.

Customer: “Why is this app so big?”
Company: “Very cool features & lots of them + you have no way to check what I’m saying”
Not today corporate. Not today.

Picstax version 1.0 has officially been submitted for review! 🥳 Thank you @RevenueCat #shipaton for providing the motivation to bring this one across the finish line.
Along side the Picstax iOS app is a companion tvOS app that will display your photos in real time at the event. @RevenueCat #shipaton #buildinpublic
We gave our login screen a major design uplift thanks to the talented @cklunzinger. I'm amazed at just how much more life this gives our app. @RevenueCat #shipaton #buildinpublic
Added a fun splash screen to the app this week. Still lots to do before launch! @RevenueCat #shipaton #buildinpublic
Going full speed on our app for @RevenueCat #shipaton Xcode on the left, Figma on the right and really great episode of Sub Club on the TV for motivation. #buildinpublic
Joining in on @RevenueCat's Ship-a-ton hackathon to help get our mobile app over the finish line and into the hands of users. Integration with their API was very straight forward. Next step is updating the paywall view to match the design 😍 #BuildInPublic

Currently there’s an open call for proposals for speakers, workshops, and special events (until April 28th).
A call for Floating Experts to help at themed coworking/study groups. Similar to WWDC labs.
A call for volunteers to help make this happen.

Best review of the Vision Pro I've seen yet (from the former Head of Oculus at Meta) hugo.blog/2024/03/11/vision-…
So close to simulating hand tracking in #visionOS but I'm stumped on why the bones (green cylinders) rotation is off.
Both the bones and joints are child of a parent hand entity, and I am using .look(at: toJoint.position, from: centerPoint, relativeTo: handEntity)
The entities are being created in Reality Composer Pro, and I've tried adjusting its initial orientation but that doesn't seem to matter once `.look(at:` is called.
I've also tried using .look(at:, from: relativeTo: nil) but that uses world position I believe and does not work.
