We’re bringing the magic of Waymo to Toronto! 🇨🇦
In the coming days, you’ll begin seeing Waymo’s all-electric vehicles driving through Toronto’s streets as we lay the groundwork for our ride-hailing service.
Our goal is to begin serving riders in 2028.

Exactly.
If you’ve asked yourself “what can I do to support Jewish friends and colleagues during this unprecedented rise of antisemitism in Toronto?”
The answer is simple: Vote Brad Bradford
Olivia Chow has willfully neglected to combat Jew hatred in our city, prioritizing political appeasement over confronting the extremists responsible for intimidation and harassment.
Replying to @KarlTheMartian
A vote for Olivia is a vote against the Jewish population of toronto.
A hundred other reasons not to support her but this one alone is enough.
Increasingly finding that I choose Instinct over Muse simply because I spend my day in iMessage and don’t want to tap another app.
i've been walking around new york the past few days listening to the ari emanuel memoir non stop.
my top learning: pick up the phone and relentlessly call people to get what you want.
This company has hammered me with so many instagram ads that it is now economically unfeasible to acquire me as a customer.
also note — I will be purchasing this product for my daughter during the holiday season.
The Tin Can maybe be the best gift I’ve ever given my children.
They’re little WiFi telephones. Kids get their own phone number, but I control all access through the app.
My little boys can call me, mommy, grandparents, each other, and 911. That’s it.
(And those are the only numbers that can call them. Totally safe.)
$8/mo per line. Easy peasy.
Love it for a few reasons:
• Random phone calls from your little ones at work is life giving
• They can stay in touch with their grandparents, and surprise them with calls
• They have a way to call 911. Like most houses, we’re cell phone only these days. Having this method for them to contact grandparents or 911 for an emergency is a comfort.
No affiliation to them. Just love the product and wanted to share.
great @OnlyCFO post on how vertical AI agents can strategically expand, or intentionally compress, gross margins, through the lens of Harvey vs. Legora

Pure gold.
My fav — People become what the room expects of them. If the room lets a standard slide, it slides.
If the room corrects the small thing every single day, people stop believing small things are small.
My goal is to build an environment where success is inevitable.
If true, Apple potentially kneecapping hundreds of independent identity and data companies on iOS could be a massive boon for Amazon DSP.
Amazon doesn’t need to rely on the same third-party identity infrastructure, instead its powered by its own first party identity spine.
Amazon just keeps on winning.

What once was the peak, is now just the beginning.
Paramount and Warner Bros. shaped over a century of culture. By combining them, we aren't rewriting history — we're equipping these iconic studios with a more powerful engine. Together, we are Skydance: a creative-first home for bold, quality storytelling.
We chose this name for a few important reasons. First and foremost, as we bring Paramount and Warner Bros. together, we wanted to preserve what has made each of these studios iconic. Both have distinct identities, extraordinary legacies and brands that have resonated with audiences for generations. We never wanted a new corporate identity to diminish, alter or overshadow either one. Instead, we wanted a name that would give the combined company an identity of its own while allowing Paramount and Warner Bros. — and all our extraordinary brands — to remain in the spotlight.
We have big goals for Skydance, and we intend to pursue them with passion, imagination and a willingness to take smart risks. At the same time, we will honor what makes Paramount and Warner Bros. special — giving both studios the opportunity to grow, tell more great stories and bring those stories to even broader audiences around the world, powered by the scale and capabilities of Skydance.
I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re going to build together.
Had a blast chatting with @aripap on @marketecturetv this week about personal ai agents and, in particular, the rise of Muse.
Agentic commerce is creating a new battle for control of the consumer.
@aepstein_, CEO of @gigico_ai, joins @aripap and @ericfranchi to discuss AI agents, Amazon’s strategy, consumer trust, and what happens when AI starts shopping on our behalf.
Plus, Ari and co-host Eric Franchi cover TTD, Safari and Amazon unBoxed.

Thrilled to share that @gigico_ai has won the @AmazonAds Global Programmatic Optimization Partner Award 🏆
This is our 2nd year in a row winning a prestigious global partner award. We are extremely proud of this accomplishment and the recognition of our work together with Amazon.

New newsletter: WHY WE'RE WRONG ABOUT CHINA AND AI
America's frontier AI policy seems to hinge on China. But when you talk to people at or near the frontier, it's astonishing how little we seem to know about how China thinks about AI.
So, I talked to several experts—@jordanschneider, @kyleichan, @mattsheehan88, @RushDoshi, @ChorzempaMartin, @pstAsiatech and more—and pooled their most interesting comments under 7 big questions, inc:
- What don't the frontier labs understand about China?
- What would actually scare the CCP into taking AI safety as seriously as, say, Anthropic?
- Does China think our AI safety concerns are legitimate, or a conspiracy to keep them down?
- What should we actually do now?

.@gigico_ai saved @Wpromote 77+ hours per week of operational work on Amazon DSP.
But efficiency is only part of the story.
By enabling more frequent and precise optimizations, Gigi also helped the Wpromote team drive measurable performance improvements for a major pet care brand:
📈 129% increase in sales
📈 17% increase in ROAS
📈 118% increase in monthly purchases
Full case study below 👇
"Internally, using Gigi manifests as improved efficiency. For our clients, it's stronger results." — Kyle Martins, Sr Director Amazon and Retail Media at WPromote.
For @Wpromote, hiring Gigi allows them to run their existing playbook 3x faster, save 77+ hours a week, and take on strategies they couldn't operationalize before, like scaled DMA exclusion for incrementality testing.
For one pet care client (with 3 brands under one roof), this resulted in scaled performance, driving:
📈 129% increase in sales
📈 17% increase in ROAS
📈 118% increase in monthly purchases
