If an action-packed thriller based on the Indian Army is your kind of read, do pick up 'Operation Payback' here: amzn.to/3Qm52Y3
Invoking the energy of Ajmal Kasab, the 26/11 Mumbai terrorist, for “peaceful protests”. And then some are questioning the deployment of security forces. Should they wait for violence? This is beyond logic
I was gonna give you some Friday wisdom but just realised it’s Thursday so now I’m mad and scrolling Blinkit
Now a British Airways flight is in news for the wrong reasons. This week has been nightmarish for air travel!
Watching the India Pakistan Volleyball match at the Asian Games and noticed this ad again👇 Is this a conscious decision to keep one T-shirt (left) a mirror image here, @TheJSWGroup? Just doesn’t look right at all, creatively as well as basic brand / logo guidelines wise because India and the JSW logo both are reversed. Also triggers my OCD everytime I see the ad 😅
I am not very well informed about the core issue here but on the surface, this entire bank strike to protest against 2 working Saturdays a month sounds excessive. Banks are essential service today, and this system needs an update so that banking is available to normal citizens at all times, while also ensuring that the employees get enough time off - like other essential services. Just because something has been happening since ages, doesn’t mean it serves the current world well. What am I missing here?
A 3-day nationwide bank strike is scheduled for Sept 28–30 just before the half-yearly closing
Bank employees have every right to raise their genuine concerns, but they should reconsider the strike & continue negotiations
Resolve the issues through dialogue

A young colleague I mentored through a structure program few years back, featured me as a women leader worth celebrating in her new company’s publication. It made me happy, and it made me think & evaluate parts of my job that I perhaps enjoy more than the others, and maybe lean into it with purpose.
A part of my professional journey that I've thoroughly enjoyed is helping women colleagues navigate the harder, less-talked-about parts of corporate life (burnout, career breaks, coming back to work after a pause, and more) through some structured initiatives and some organic phases.
If any of the above resonates, do check this out and maybe refer me to someone who may benefit from this: topmate.io/aditimathur/
Grateful for anyone reading along, I’ve been writing about my journey since almost a year now - just not on X. It's been a longer road than it looks from the outside. And I think it’s now time to share this on X as well because I’m really excited to start this journey.
Leaning into what makes me happy and fulfilled has never felt this good, ngl. ✨
Just found out that one of my junior school teachers, Elizabeth ma’am, needs help for her husband. The Sophia Kota alumni group is being contacted, that’s how I found out. I’m sharing it here for reach and any help any of you can extend:
