Recently cut Flip Focus Android size from 40MB → 26.7MB (-35%) 📉
Flip Focus is built with React Native + Expo.

To keep it from regressing, all Lucide icons go through one file (components/ui/lucide.ts), and nothing else imports from the package root.
One stray barrel import would quietly bring back the whole library.
