That's why this role starts in support—you'll master Superwall from the inside, see the real pain points firsthand, and earn the trust of developers who ship with us every day. Once you've built that context (6–12 months, or whenever you're ready), you'll move into full-stack engineering—working across our mobile SDKs, web dashboard, backend and more. We said it last time and it's still true: this isn't a support role with an eventual transition... it's an engineering position with a strategic onboarding :) What You'll Do: 1. Support developers integrating the Superwall SDK (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Dart) 2. Debug technical issues across our entire stack—SDK, backend, analytics, dashboard 3. Deploy bug fixes and improvements as you identify them 4. Build internal tooling and processes that make support more efficient and scalable 5. Collaborate with engineering & product teams to improve docs, SDK usability, and developer experience 6.
