I have been complaining for the past 5 months now over the over billing been given to me in my premises in kubwa phase 4, that is not in band A or band B, I can't be billed N56,000 - N66,000 per month for a light I don't get up to 16hrs a day is completely absurd.

I am reaching out to lodge a complaint about my sudden upgrade to Band A Electricity Tarrif with just 8- 12 hours of electricity daily in 2/1 area of kubwa and some of my next door neighbors are on Band C which i find extremely ridiculous.
