Betano @Betano_Nigeria @BetanoShopsNg @Betano_UK @EuropaLeague @EuropaConLeague @FCBayernEN has paid all of the money Here’s a breakdown of what I went through so you can understand how to avoid the issues Although I have never seen any betting platform require so much information and it is actually scary because if they have that much info and something happens to them then everyone is at risk and it looks like they are looking for any slight error not to pay you as so many persons came to my DM to complain to me about their money since last year When you create an account they only ask you for NIN but after creating the account please do this go to verification and the document parts and upload Your NIN photo International passport photo and a photo of you holding it clearly showing the details Your bank statement that shows your house address as this serves as proof of address Ensure that the phone number you used to register the account is in your name , you Can check this in the service provider app Like for airtel their app is My Airtel Africa app and you login through your phone number If you made a mistake like I did and you see that the number you used is not in your name Change it please immediately in the app or mail their support to change it immediately. Once this is done login to the Airtel app and take a screenshot of the home page that shows your name , your phone number and Airtel logo and upload it too, once all of this is uploaded your account is fully verified I want you to know that if you have lost access to your old number you won’t be able to change it to a new number and your money is gone Because to change it in the website you will need a code to the old number , to change it with support they will ask you to take a screenshot of the provider dashboard as I explained above showing the old number and the name and logo and if you don’t have access to that number you cannot take a photo as you need a code to login to the app And this is the problem that many persons have and you won’t have issues to withdraw money although be prepared for the delays as they typically take 3-4 days to pay out huge amount unlike the 2 hours they wrote on their website.
