My take on the tower deal: headline number was ok, but probably a better deal for $SBAC than for $TIGO. The deal is still very beneficial due to the multiple-arb and the fact that it takes them to an underlevered position, which is very good news for a growing telco.

Great summary from my friend @gilmourkh. In order to add, and summarize a few thoughts of my own, I'm going to do another round of Pontifications on $TIGO.

Pontifications on $TIGO: The company ended negotiations with Apollo. The conclusion was always in the hands of Mr Niel, and now apparently, he doesn't need/want them included. The most coherent explanation to me is that his relationship with the company was and is hostile.
