As usual, we recommend node operators for any Arbitrum chain (incl. Arbitrum One and Nova) upgrade to this version to stay up to date. Like our last few releases, the source code and full release will follow in the coming business days. If you maintain a fork and would rather wait for the full release, you may choose to do so.
This is a node software release only: it does not involve chain consensus changes, and nodes on the current version will continue to sync normally in the meantime.
We’ll share an update as soon as the full version is published.

Now that $USDG is a core stablecoin on Arbitrum One, here are some aspects I'd explore for your projects:
1. Embedded Earn: register wallets into payout groups, rewards accrue daily, claims run on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. EIP-3009 signed batch transfers with time windows for cross-border payouts.
2. Perp DEX Margin: margin vaults earn through propose/accept registration. Balances don't change on their own; rewards are claimed separately.
3. Spot DEX Quote Asset: Pools can register and send rewards to LP incentives. Cross-chain via @LayerZero_Core OFT
4. Treasury Ops: Webhooks for: reconciliation, rules auto-mint USD → USDG and redeem USDG → USD to your bank 1:1.

TREASURY UPDATE: 129.18M ARB and 7M USDC have been returned to the DAO treasury since the AGV wind-down proposal passed in July.
The 7M USDC has been routed to the ATMC portfolio for deployment into yield-bearing strategies.
Any future deployment of the remaining treasury capital, whether into higher-yielding strategies or strategic opportunities, is controlled by ARB holders through governance.

AGV Wind-Down: Structured Transition & Return of Capital to the DAO Treasury (Off-chain Vote)
This proposal seeks approval for the Arbitrum Gaming Ventures (AGV) to cease forward investment activity and return surplus capital (~143.7m ARB) to the DAO treasury for redeployment.
If approved, AGV’s scope will be narrowed to focus exclusively on managing the existing portfolio, including selective follow-on investments, while its grant program and any new capital investments outside the portfolio will sunset.
