We are proud to support @David_Tobin efforts and will continue supporting any effort that fights to curb 3d printer owner rights.🤟
It's really cool when you see that @David_Tobin and the @GunOwnersCA have been talking about how ridiculous California AB2047 is. I'm *very* thankful for the work David is doing leading the opposition of this privacy nightmare of a bill. gunownersca.com/news/ab-2047…

When chatting about the 3D Printing legislation, keep it simple and to something we all can see: It spends millions of taxpayer dollars, year after year, trying to build software that experts say can't actually be built, and scans your private data as well.

I expected that once we became adults, the playground politics would finally end. That people would grow up, stop being hurtful for sport, and learn how to disagree without turning everything into a schoolyard brawl. I thought we’d see more politeness. More basic respect. More “I don’t agree with you, but I still see you as a human being” energy. Turns out that was optimistic. Some folks never left the playground. They just traded recess for comment sections, group chats, and community drama. The same bullying tactics, the same cliques, the same need to tear someone down to feel bigger. Only now it’s dressed up in adult language and hidden behind screens. Here’s what I’ve learned: being polite and respectful isn’t weakness. It’s discipline. It takes real strength to stay civil when someone’s coming at you sideways. It takes character to respond instead of react. And it costs absolutely nothing to treat another person with basic dignity — yet some people act like it’s the hardest thing in the world. If you’re constantly dealing with toxic individuals who choose cruelty over conversation, I’ll say it plain: remove yourself. You don’t owe your peace to people who only know how to destroy it. Protect your energy. Curate your circle. The people who matter will show up with respect, not receipts and resentment. At the end of the day, we all have enough real battles in life. We don’t need to add manufactured ones from folks who never grew past middle-school tactics. Be the adult you wished more people would be. Stay polite. Stay respectful. And when the toxicity shows up, don’t argue with it — just walk away from it. Tripod out.

California just passed a law that requires phones, laptops and even linux servers to collect user age and broadcast it to every app that asks. The Internet was pretty cool while it lasted... Your Phone Is Now Required to Spy on You. It’s the Law. youtu.be/hI9oy0t4JUU

I told you I have a filament problem, and @Polymaker_3D doesn’t mess around! They enable me! 😅 They send me a dozen+ pallets of filament a year to give away! Not to mention the THOUSANDS of spools we give away when I live stream! 🤯

In the face of a #3Dprinting ban, a popular YouTuber & #AM advocate is challenging lawmakers to visit his print farm first. We spoke to the 3D Printing Nerd himself, @joeltelling, about Washington State House Bills 2320 & 2321, meant to curb illegal #3Dprinting of ghost guns.

THIS IS BAD... they are reclassifying 3D printers as a firearms manufacturing device, and creating new licensing around that. I sure hope you are listening. 3D printers are no longer just a tool.
There is a multi-state coordinated effort to take 3D printing from you. California enters the ring, and it may be worse than all other states combined. It’s basically what Washington wanted but failed to get, with even more destruction for our industry. Video coming. 🎥

These lawmakers would ban “gun metal grey” filament because it has the word “gun” in it.
A bill has been filed in California that would ban the sale and transfer of 3D printers unless they're listed on a state roster certifying that they block guns from being printed, and makes it illegal to disable or uninstall the blocking technology: leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/f…
