You just have to laugh when your wake up alarm goes off after you’ve already been up with the puppy, had your morning coffee, and already logged on working! I never thought a 5:50 alarm would be an optimistic lie in! 😴
One of the first things my last supervisor asked me was ‘what are your warning signs?’
I was totally honest with her about what to look out for, and it made SUCH a difference to have her pick up on those things when I needed support before I had to ask for it. 🙌🏻
