@Roblox I want to share a case of my cool buddy. My roblox friend “H4CKEN” gets false banned in Dec last year. He has no alts that have been banned or anyone who uses his same wifi but AI think he is wrong!

roblox is the only platform where you get permanently banned by AI for a completely bogus reason after being a loyal, paying customer for over 10 years. my account "oxyu" was banned for being linked to some random throwaway account that I do not own and have never heard of, only after I spend thousands on exclusive items during the hunt and pre-halloween. this is disgraceful and needs to be dealt with promptly.
I've submitted what is probably over 50 appeals now, (I've lost count) and the AI responsible for handling appeals denies them without investigation. I am completely deprived of options, and I need help.

I think the matter was not really solved by @Roblox. They still don't care about their players :-(
They say it is being resolved but also said we cannot be appealed, which is undoubtedly bad and contradictory…

I was inactive on Roblox from Dec last year until early Feb. In mid-Feb, a friend informed me that my acc had been bdeleted. I immediately logged in and appealed, but my appeal was rejected.
