Just so I understand this, the Greater Vancouver area can’t spend money to clear the snow properly because it doesn’t make sense since it only snows a few times per year but Canada will spend $36.3 billion this year on the military even though nobody has invaded since the 1800s – at Greater Vancouver A, British Columbia
