Have always loved train journeys. Am on my 2nd Vande Bharat train in as many weeks. Clean, on time, smooth and an experience better than a flight. For travel to/from Chennai/Coimbatore where door to door commute time is almost the same as a flight, this is so much better.

@IndiGo6E Hi. Two things: 1. Please provide a receipt for seat selection fee at the time of payment in an easy manner. It is very difficult to find a way to get the receipt after the payment. You used to send an email earlier, but it isn’t happening anymore.

@IndiGo6E 2. If a passenger asks for a receipt for seat selection free at the baggage check-in, it is your responsibility to provide it to them. You are not doing us a favor. Your employee Chandra at Hyderabad domestic terminal was extremely rude to me. Fayaz however was helpful

@IndiGo6E You may have monopoly over the Indian airline market, but a little courtesy from your employee goes a long way. Chandra did the opposite of that. I wish there are fewer people like Chandran and more helpful and courteous people like Fayaz.
