Developing a change management plan for a client, I was envisioning the impacts of change on their culture. "Change inevitably affects culture; how we change shapes culture and affects success."
Musing: Could digital and data be used to rekindle public use of suburban bus transport? Cars offer easy access to transport. Could I order bus service from my phone, and buses would execute timed pickups at customized locations determined by demand? Prob: not inclusive. Others?
