Jakey Mogg is so smooth. Not so long ago he was saying Brexit would help our farmers, now it’s “sod our farmers, I want cheap Australian meat here” It’s a master class in bare faced betrayal, something us Conservatives are world beating at.
Jacob Rees Mogg: "I want cheaper food. I want hormone injected beef from Australia. I've eaten beef in Australia, it's delicious. There's nothing wrong with it."

So to summarise, the Government has just announced plans to scrap the biggest public transport infrastructure project planned for any Northern city, while taking part in its conference in that same city, which its Chancellor chose to travel to by plane. news.sky.com/story/northern-…

Arrange your visit at night Suella. See the body storage and the PM rooms. The little piles of personal belongings and wet clothes. The police conference room given over to confirming ID. Six folders for the coroner. Meet with the local authority who will try and sort funerals
My thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the tragic loss of life in the Channel today. This morning I spoke with our Border Force teams who have been supporting the French authorities in response to this incident.

@BBCnews Wheeling out Kelvin MacKenzie to discuss truth in the tabloid media is beyond tone deaf & an appalling insult to #Hillsborough families & survivors. Do better. #JFT97

Johnson’s phone is the big story. Everything else is a distraction. If Murdoch is willing to sacrifice the Sun, then there is some really interesting stuff to come out. Expect more distraction. And more.

When you shut out all noise, the Conservative Party are having a lively debate about the future of the civil service because one of their ministers wasn’t allowed to get away with bullying civil servants. – at Scotland, United Kingdom

If only Jeremy Hunt had been able to study maths until 18, he might not have made that honest mistake of forgetting to declare seven £750,000 flats

The Cabinet Office, haven't provide any meetings data since Sept 22, so zero idea who Sunak has met behind closed doors since entering No10 - 'integrity, professionalism and accountability at every level'? Without real #transparency we can't be a modern, open, trusted democracy

This is not basic pay. It includes compulsory overtime pay - nights, weekends & bank holidays, not to mention a 48hr working week. This, in other words, is an official civil service account - supposedly impartial & accurate - parroting blatantly misleading government spin.
The BMA has demanded a 35% pay rise for junior doctors. Here's their current average pay rates at different levels. digital.nhs.uk/data-and-info…

Matt Hancock gave a PPE contract to his sisters company which he owned 20% of. Then denied it when confronted and covered up the evidence which has only just come out. In total he has been personally involved in more than £600,000,000 of PPE fraud. Arrest him, NOW.

King Charles inherited £650m tax free, gets £350m a year tax free from the tax payer, and has an estate worth £22bn that is never taxed. But he still can’t pay for his own damn coronation. RT if you think the tight, robbing b******* should. #NotmyKing

The government has sold the Oxford Vaccination production unit to an American Company for £200m Built in 2014 to respond to Ebola and absolutely essential during Covid, we will not have it for the next pandemic. It would cost just £5m a year to keep open. Another Conservative Party benefical financial deal for somebody or just their normal incompetence? @RishiSunak, could somebody please look at this and explain why.

This absolute drivel from a sitting MP during an ongoing inquiry… How is this allowed @Ofcom? How is this not contempt of parliament @CommonsSpeaker? Be nice if people could start doing their bloody jobs…

Nadine Dorries says Boris Johnson will be found guilty by the "kangaroo court" privileges committee, but thinks he and his legal team would not “take this egregious abuse of parliamentary procedure lying down.” Watch Friday Night with Nadine, every Friday at 8pm. @NadineDorries

Boris Johnson inadvertently attended lockdown parties, unintentionally fabricated quotes, unknowingly conspired to get a journalist beaten up, mistakenly prolonged Nazanin's jail time and accidentally gave his mistress a £100,000 grant. Just unlucky, I guess.
