My dad first came to this great country from Jodhpur, India in 1968. He borrowed $1k from his uncle for the trip and got a full scholarship for a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. He got an arranged marriage with my mom in 1972 and they both came to live together in Wisconsin, strange people in a strange land. They moved to Iowa to work for John Deere where my sister and I were born and started their own business. I was lucky to watch their business grow first hand and that inspired me to become a 5x founder myself. Today I'm lucky to work with the best founders every day, and I can report that this American Dream that's rooted in my family's story-- and millions of other families here-- is as is as strong as ever. Thank you, and happy birthday America ❤️🇺🇸

U.S. taxpayers spent $15 million on research that led to a breakthrough discovery: a green battery the size of a fridge that held enough energy to power a house, and could be used for 30 years. Then the Dept. of Energy gave the technology to China. n.pr/3zX7Xym

It’s 2022. TA wasn’t in on the joke. Why is Donaldson even thinking about this shit? And to be very clear, Black and Brown people, along with other marginalized groups, constantly hear prejudiced slurs through the use of a Black/Brown celebrity’s name. This isn’t new.
Josh Donaldson said that he called Tim Anderson “Jackie,” referring to a 2019 interview in which Anderson told Sports Illustrated that he feels like “today’s Jackie Robinson.” Donaldson said that he thought it was an inside joke with Anderson, who took offense.

Here's an idea: instead of trying to work with the Mayor's office, how about pushing and educating your players this? Seems to be working for some of the Red Sox.
At least three previously-unvaccinated Red Sox players have gotten or plan to get their shots before the April series in Toronto. “At the end of the day, I want to be here for the guys. Those 10 games mean a lot.” bit.ly/3quS90H
