That’s dangerous. Many abuse victims don’t realize they're being abused, let alone a minor to understand someone's manipulation& exploitation. Abuse can lead to dependence on the abuser masking grooming as consensual. AME is easy to say but hard to point out if you’re the victim.

A small Filipino film is currently screening in select cinemas across Japan.
We just received the latest rankings from PIA, Japan’s legendary cinematic authority for over 50 years. Out of 131 films released in Japan this January, our film surged into a tie for 4th place, determined by a panel of 27 top Japanese critics.
To the Japanese critics and audiences who found the film and chose to champion it -- thank you.
Stories have their own timing.
We made this in lockdown in 2021. We never imagined it would find a second life, and a new audience, across the sea, years later.
In three days, the story returns home, live onstage.
