Kind of scissor that can tear an ACL, snap an ankle, break a leg etc. Really ugly. Yet you want someone, never mind a 16 year old kid, to be a robot and not react to that in the moment, with, just a shrug of a leg. That is literally all he does. Nothing violent, nothing dangerous. That tackle meant to hurt Dowman. He won the ball very cleanly and tough. That’s fair. But the scissor isn’t and if Dowmans leg gets stuck in the ground, that can be very serious. He meant to stick one on Dowman. So it’s fair game for Dowman to react. And he didn’t react dangerously or kick. It’s more a shove with his leg. Then a pathetic reaction from the Fleetwood players tbh. What bullies do. Instigate, pick on the little one, then cry wolf when there’s a reaction. No common sense used here.
