Forge Protocol at El Taller, Madrid.
Two weeks of Solana builders shipping alongside the Colosseum Hackathon, hosted by @LaFamilia_so .
Good room to be in.
We ran Colosseum Copilot against Forge.
Useful tool for validating whitespace before you commit to building.
The results are pointing we are on the right track.

1/ Introducing Colosseum Copilot, a skill that turns your coding agent into a crypto startup expert.
We kept seeing builders start hackathons with great energy but no way to know if their idea had already been tried. So we built a tool to fix that.

Yesterday we joined @cryptodays_xyz by @LaFamilia_so at Madrid Innovation Lab. Thanks @tomketal for the gathering.
Great energy around the Solana ecosystem in Madrid.
More community events ahead.
Forge Protocol is live on Solana testnet.
Deposit SOL. Mint cSOL. Watch the exchange rate climb as arb fees flow into the vault. Withdraw more than you put in.
1 cSOL = 1.0257 SOL and growing.
No emissions. No inflation. Just market activity converted into yield.
Mainnet soon.

We are happy to announce that Forge is now partnering with @HoldexIo, a Web3 Native Venture Studio, who will be incubating the project.
Everything inside Forge runs through Crucibles.
Crucibles are vaults that handle:
> wrapping
> LPing
> borrowing
> leverage
> risk controls
> health monitoring
Users see one thing: a clean interface and a yield number. And that’s what they need.
On top of the core engine, Forge keeps things intentionally simple.
There are three ways to interact:
• Crucibles Staking - Deposit your token and receive its wrapped version (cTOKEN).
You earn yield directly from volatility + arbitrage fees.
• LP Positions - For users who want deeper exposure.
Provide liquidity like in any other AMM DEX and add trading fees to your yield.
• Inferno Mode - Deposit cTOKEN, borrow USDC, and amplify LP yield.
Leverage but transparent, monitored in real time, and designed to avoid the usual DeFi footguns.
Forge uses volatility itself as the yield source.
When prices move, a token and its wrapped version (cTOKEN) can drift apart. Arbitrageurs step in to close the gap. Every wrap / unwrap generates fees.
Those fees are:
> collected on-chain
> aggregated automatically
> paid to Crucible depositors
Real market activity turned into yield.
Forge exists for one reason:
Make advanced yield strategies usable, without turning users into DeFi experts. Bring IRL UX and UI into DeFi and create DeFi 2.0
Just:
pick a token → open position → earn.
That’s the goal.
DeFi 1.0 was completely based on emissions.
We all know how that went.
> LUNA collapsing
> Anchor’s “20% APY” wasn’t real yield
> OHM forks died from dilution
> governance tokens lost 80–90% once incentives stopped
If your yield comes from emissions, you’re just delaying the collapse. It has happened in TradFi, and crypto wasn’t the exception.
We need a different model.
