who would've thought. after 17 years of which roughly the last 5 have been pure imprisonment in a locked down ecosystem, I have now decided to move to Android, following today's keynote. good job, Apple. you officially lost the battle. thanks for helping build my dev career tho

I've never in the history of Apple seen Argentina get subtly referenced this often. In the #WWDC keynote, a spatial video was labeled "Buenos Aires". then a photo of MESSI Apple Pay demo, then another Photo album demo mentions "My last trip to Patagonia".

With recent Milei's meeting with Tim Cook, I don't think this is a coincidence. Something must definitely be in the works for a market that has been forever forgotten by Apple because former government policies.

At the very least, I hope this means we will finally get a Rioplatense Spanish keyboard variant that properly supports voseo conjugations, because I can't stand undoing autocorrecting "teneis" for "tenés" anymore.

A politician from Neuquén was inaugurating a security totem and a car crashed into it. The screenwriter for Argentina never fails 🚬🚬🚬🚬

I'm so glad Apple is done with their obsession for making the thinnest, lightest "thing" every year. all we got was terrible, horrible thermals, less space for battery capacity, and fragile components.

glad they realized most people don't care about any of it as long as it fits your backpack or pocket. I hope they got it right with macbook pros this time though

Nice, Apple is implementing "system-wide" translate on iOS15, that's 9 years after I had done it for jailbroken phones adding instant Google Translate and Wiktionary into any app where you could select text.

I never released it though, as it was a personal project to improve my french learning, it was too buggy and I was too lazy. So in a way this is just a useless "I made it first lol" bragging tweet.
