Some of my most important life lessons have come from crypto:
1. Carrots over sticks. Incentivize good behavior instead of punishing bad behavior.
2. Your jurisdiction is not the world. A country can ban crypto, but it's only banning itself from the future. You'll never understand reality without broadening your lens.
3. Great ideas are common. Great execution is the rarest and most powerful thing in the world.
4. Survival is alpha. Most people lose not because they're wrong, but because they get tired (or scared).
5. Value is a story. Coins don't go parabolic because they're useful, they moon because we come together and agree to believe.

Been rabbit holing the x402 standard lately and now watching @11amdotclub with @programmer who created the standard.
Mind blown by what I'm hearing
This feels exactly like watching early smart contract and ERC20 discussions back in the day - foundational infrastructure that changes everything.
x402 isn't another payment processor - it's a new internet standard (like how all websites use HTML/CSS) that lets:
➤ AI agents pay for content directly
➤ Servers accept money from any script or browser
➤ No payment processing fees (literally send 1 cent)
They're building it to be interoperable for SOL, stables, L2s
The breakthrough: AI agents are probabilistic (inconsistent) but payments need to be deterministic (reliable)
x402 bridges this gap.
Reminds me of 2015-2016 when smart contracts were being proposed and now it's a universally adopted standard
This could be how the AI-to-human economy actually happens. Not through some closed system but an open standard anyone can implement.
Still processing everything from this broadcast but definitely something to watch closely...

I Tried 3 New Crypto Products So You Don't Have To
With consumer apps exploding this cycle, I'm testing a new format: hands on reviews of emerging crypto products focusing on what's actually fun and useful.
No sponsored content just honest takes on what I've personally tried. Let's dive into three interesting projects worth knowing about:
Project 1: @ponzidotfun
Ever wanted an honest Ponzi scheme? This project turns trading into a game where users can ONLY sell tokens at a higher price than they bought.
The TLDR overview is a launchpad where you can only sell If your position is in a profit set by the token creator.
Created a test token and couldn't help but laugh at the sheer audacity they've literally gamified a Ponzi scheme while adding guardrails
What's clever: Built in governance lets holders vote for refunds if prices stall, and every successful "Ponzi" eventually graduates to Uniswap. Perfectly captures crypto's chaotic energy while adding actual safety rails.
Honest take: Testnet doesn't fully simulate real behavior and volume is too low to be truly engaging. Will definitely try again when it hits mainnet to see how these mechanics play out with actual stakes
Project 2: @gibdotmeme
@gibdotmeme lets you battle memecoins in automated tournaments, creating a surprisingly addictive game where market performance determines your success.
The mechanics are clever: You lock in a deck of 3 cards that auto battle through tournament brackets. Each card's power is calculated using real market data:
(7-Day Price Change × 24hr Volume ÷ Market Cap) × 1000
This formula rewards tokens with momentum and liquidity relative to their size. Price going up? Your card gets stronger. Price tanking? Your card becomes a liability.
What makes it interesting is you're not just picking what's pumping today you're betting on performance throughout the tournament. It creates this perfect blend of speculation, strategy, and pure gambling energy.
The UI is clean but the real fun comes from watching your chosen memes either carry you to glory or completely implode mid tournament.
Honest take: Not nearly as in depth as actual fantasy sports, but still a fun casual game. The minimum entry is about $50 for 3 cards, which feels reasonable. Current prize pools are quite small, but that actually makes it more approachable for casual players just looking for some entertainment rather than serious gambling. Always happy to try Hackathon projects though.
Project 3: @senpi_ai
Senpi_ai is part of the growing DEFAI category AI tools designed specifically for DeFi users. It's essentially an onchain GPT that serves as a comprehensive crypto terminal.
What sets it apart is the range of capabilities: you can query token metrics and holder information, check price indicators, and even execute on-chain transactions directly through the interface. The terminal accepts natural language commands, making complex onchain analysis accessible without coding knowledge.
Their standout feature is the customizable copy trading functionality. You can set specific parameters to automatically follow wallets you're tracking, for example "buy when wallet X buys, then sell 25% at 2x and 50% at 3x." This creates automated trading strategies based on whale movements without requiring constant monitoring.
The interface strikes a good balance between power and usability, though you'll definitely want to reference their guides at first.
Honest take: It's a genuinely useful terminal once you get past the initial learning curve. The risk of AI hallucinations seems lower than similar tools I've tried, but there's definitely an art to prompting it correctly. Thankfully, their guides and "cookbooks" (prompt templates) help bridge that gap. For active traders who want to leverage whale movements or automate response to on-chain events, it's worth the effort to learn
These projects show there's still genuine innovation happening beyond the hype cycles. None are perfect, but each offers something unique worth exploring.
I'll keep testing new crypto products and sharing honest takes on what actually works. Let me know which of these you've tried or what else I should check out next.

Vibe Market @vibechain repackages a decade of crypto primitives into the most addictive NFT platform I've used:
1. Each booster pack contains a single card. You can hold the pack as is or open it (it's like delayed "reveals"... you don't have to ruin the mystery).
2. Pack tickets are tokenized so they can trade on DEXes (once they've exited the presale and bonding curve phases).
3. Access instant liquidity when you want to sell.
4. The platform automatically adds rarities, holographic foils and wear conditions, so it's easy for creators.
It's all the elements I love about real-world TCG collecting repackaged into a cohesive digital experience.
And we're witnessing the first major breakout: Base Ball Cards $BSBL just hit $18m market cap... up about 90x in less than a week.

Told myself I’d push this weekend. Here’s my iteration of BYO API key, plug & play.
APImon: a living tower-climb where your key births a unique mon that lives on Supabasechain (lol). My first attempt at a multiplayer experience, so it’s a little janky.
Your keys are never stored + you can revoke after use.
App live if you wanna test: apimon.xyz

Building something weird: APIMON
A BYOKey experiment. Plug in your OpenAI API key to spawn a mon.
Each call costs ~$0.03 literally burning currency/credits to bring it to life.
