Random Scottish stuff, hills, Munro's, code, and bits and bobs that I find interesting. Will try to focus on code, but the mind wonders around a bit. 🏞️📸🏴

Nearly had a crash today thanks to the @WestLothianSNP @WL_SNP bending my wiper to stick stupid card on window 😡. Driver portion unable to wiper clean! Damage done in a @ScotRail car park. Actual wiper arm was bent!
You're as incompetent as those that pretend to govern us. 😡
Why would you do that? What are you gaining? Do you think those with whatever views you don't like, care if you post here or not?
#ccfest24 opening night, and if honest it really didn't feel kind an opening night. All excellent musicians, but where was the variety, the power, the ending, why was it so short? @RachelSermanni was awesome, why wasn't there an encore that included her?
Why wasn't there a piece with Rachel and the orchestra! Now that would have been epic!
Dreamer's Circus were also brilliant, again the ending of the night was odd. Why didn't they come beck on?

“Acapulco has been destroyed” - A survivor of Hurricane Otis shows the damage of the category 5 hurricane from the 21st floor of a beachfront hotel.
#Otis is the strongest storm ever to hit Mexico’s Pacific coast.
Thanks to @Scotrail 443108 for reminding me that even though its still warm enough to have a t-shirt on, that I live in Scotland and should always have thermals to hand!
If the air con gives it just a bit more power I'll be required to do Bear gryll star jumps to stop freezing!

It's my full collection of photos that I think are reasonable from the conference. Not too many, but some great memories.
Opening night at #celticconnections @ccfest great evening. Some amazing smooth voices I've not heard before such as @hannahrarity & I bet it doesn't make the online version but where's @kim_carnie lol
#greatNight
Got tickets in the end to the opening night for @ccfest. Orig ones cancelled, not a rover so I didn't get emailed for a chance (tad annoying), but managed to get two late today 👍
So one (plus wife) happy person now 😎
Next up is Mànran then Sian after that!
Blue Monday - ticket for opening night @ccfest cancelled :(
Darn you covid...
And I have to make a choice between @ManranOfficial & @RachelSermanni as there is a clash of dates...
